Our Response to COVID-19

To all of our guests,

We want you to know that the health and well-being of our staff, visitors and guests is the most important thing to us. We have been closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19 across the region and as well as across the country. We know that there are many unknowns about this virus, and we are hopeful that we will see some relief soon from the devastating effects it is having.

We are currently remaining fully operation, with reduced hours. We continually monitor any COVID-19 changes or progressions. We have added extra sanitization measures throughout the entire dealership and our service departments with the guidance of the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) as well as WHO (World Health Organization).

With that being said, we just want to let everyone know of the things we are doing to ensure your health and safety being our main priority and concern. 

  • Enhanced cleaning throughout the dealership: sanitizing high traffic areas and main touch points in the showroom, service drive, service bays, all vehicles for sale, as well as vehicles that come in for service (both before we get in and as the vehicle is picked up/delivered)
  • Hand sanitization stands are located in multiple areas throughout the dealership
  • Discontinued fresh popcorn
  • Increased glove usage by staff
  • Sanitizing all vehicles before a test drive and locking the vehicle for scheduled test drives until the Guests arrive
  •  Require any employee or vendor with cold or flu-like symptoms to stay home and seek medical care
  •  Instructed any employees who are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 to seek medical attention immediately
  •  Implemented service vehicle pick-up and delivery
  • Implemented remote test drives and purchases
  • Spaced seating in waiting rooms to allow for social distancing

As the term "social distancing" becomes more and more important we want to be sure that if our staff doesn't shake your hand that you will not be offended as we want to practice those guidelines at our dealership as best we can.

Our community, our guests, and our staff continue to be the most important part of our business and we will continue to monitor this situation and adjust policies and procedures as directed to and as necessary to protect everyone's safety and well-being.
