Biggest Customer Issues with Car Repair

Vehicle Not Fixed Right the First Time

Factory trained technicians with the ability to confidently diagnose & repair most makes & models. Our technicians are currently at 96% fixed right the first time.

Repair Took Longer Than Expected

If we can't get your car in the shop within the next 2 business days, we are going to discount the repair for the inconvenience.

Repair Cost Was Higher Than Expected

We will text you a quote with the total cost, including sales tax, giving you the opportunity to approve the selected repairs before work is started.

Discount Details:

  • On the 3rd business day, labor discount = 10%
  • On the 4th business day, labor discount = 15%
  • On the 5th business day, labor discount = 20%

If the customer's preferred appointment date is further out than the next two business days, discount will not apply. Can not combine with other discounts or offers. Discount does not apply to appointments made online, Valet Appointments, Dealer Vehicles, Fleet Vehicles, Diesel & Heavy-Duty Trucks, Warranty Work or Recalls. Some luxury brands may not be included in discount.

Services not included in discount pricing:

Oil changes, tire rotations, cabin/air filter changes, alignments, bulb/battery replacement, tire balance/repair
